Jessica Stroup in August of 2009 arriving at the premiere of “Extract” in Hollywood. She wore a super hot black dress covered in gold sequins. Her short hairstyle was adorable. Her brown hair was cut into a layered bob. It’s not a dramatic layered angle but layers within the cut. It’s a very easy hairstyle and looks very cute on her.
